[Site-Level Settings](https://support.clearimpact.com/en/scorecard-documentation?hsLang=en#site-level-settings) # General Settings *For users with instance administrator permission.*   To adjust general organizational settings, click the **Administration** icon and choose **General Settings**. ![](https://support.clearimpact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-11-07%20at%204-01-41%E2%80%AFPM-png.png?width=450&height=527&name=Screenshot%202025-11-07%20at%204-01-41%E2%80%AFPM-png.png) The **Settings** page has three sections.   In the **Instance Logo** section, you can upload or change a logo image. ![](https://support.clearimpact.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202025-11-07%20at%204-03-02%E2%80%AFPM-png.png?width=445&height=240&name=Screenshot%202025-11-07%20at%204-03-02%E2%80%AFPM-png.png)   In **General**, you can **Enable Custom Column** (described below) and turn on **AI Assist**, which provides [data interpretation](https://support.clearimpact.com/en/ai-assist-for-data-interpretation?hsLang=en) and [generates notes from prompts](https://support.clearimpact.com/en/adding-notes-with-ai-assist?hsLang=en).  The **Default Data Entry Time Period** defines the first data entry row that appears when [entering data for a measure](https://support.clearimpact.com/en/2023-entering-data-values-and-target-values-for-a-measure?hsLang=en). The time period (such as April or Q2 or 2023) that contains this default date will be the first data entry row, though additional previous rows can be added. We recommend updating this setting for each reporting period, to ensure users start data entry correctly. Enabling **Show PDF Export Button** means the **PDF Export** button will appear on every scorecard, container, and measure [embed page](https://support.clearimpact.com/en/2023-embedding-scorecards-and-scorecard-objects?hsLang=en). Enabling **Show Definition in Embed View** means the measure definition will appear on the measure embed views.
