Adding Notes with AI Assist

Scorecard has an option called AI Assist, which can be enabled by an admin user. AI Assist does a couple of things: data trend identification and interpretation, and AI-generated notes.

If enabled, the AI Assist button appears above each note.

Clicking this button opens the Ask AI popup, with a default prompt in the Your Question field. You can edit this prompt to tailor the answer, or leave it as us, then click Ask to generate an answer.

Once the answer is generated, edit and / or format as needed, and click Use Content. To start over with a new AI-generated answer, simply revise the prompt and click Add again.

This brings the text into the note content field, where you can edit further if needed, then click Save.
