-
Why am I unable to create a scorecard feed?
-
If the measure is calculated or has a different timeframe, then you will not be able to create a scorecard feed with that measure.
-
You will also need to ensure the API key from Scorecard (settings > API) is placed under Admin > Instance settings in Compyle to connect the two software’s.
-
Lastly, if you are using a custom calendar or reporting period for the measure, you will want to add the custom calendar ID to Compyle Instance settings.
