Compyle Hotfix Release Notes - February 2026

Summary of fixes included in the Compyle February 2026 Hotfix

• Fixed Copying compylations does not copy filters

  • Filters copy as expected when copying a compylation

• Fixed Archived survey form still allowing for submissions

  • Survey links are closed if survey is archived

• Fixed Multiple Instances for Note Form In Progress - can't set to "Complete"

  • Added a delete option for older instances

• Fixed Survey export values added as survey response in getting displayed under entity custom fields ( if blank) in the exported file

  • Survey export values display as expect in custom columns

• Fixed Not able to create new user

  • Users with appropriate permission are navigated to Control to create new users

• Fixed All Household export generating error

  • All Household export is exporting as expected

• Fixed Forms, Fields: Participant data update fields need not include Profile photo

  • Profile photo is not available to include as update field in survey

• Fixed Archived household appears as "Pending" household as well as in the archived list

  • Archived households no longer display in pending list

• Fixed Calculations,Time Spent, Count : Time spent count wrongly mentioned as Hours in graph

  • Values displays as count in Results view 
    

     

• Fixed Disable Data Update fields for other entities in multi entry form

  • Multi-Entry forms do not display data update fields form other entities forms 

• Fixed Not able to open scorecard feed for compylation with filters

  • Newly created scorecard feeds can be opened as expected even if compylatio has filter
• Fixed Calculation % Displayed in Results Does Not Appear Accurate
  • Calculation % display issue in calculation results has been addressed and value displays as expected

• Fixed Entity Custom field File value displayed wrong column exported file

  • The correct file information displays for fields uploaded to custom entity fields

• Fixed Forms, Fields: Field Logo not needed in Organization Data Update field

  • Field Logo is no longer available to include as an Organization Update field

• Fixed User Seeing Error when Setting Up Scheduled Data for Scorecard Feed

  • Error is resolved and does not display any longer when scheduling data for scorecard feeds

• Fixed Survey Instance view: Button size appears to be different when there are pending responders to the survey

  • Button size issue is addressed and buttons retain standard sizing regardless of what types of respondents are displaying in the Responders list

• Fixed Description field,Images : Higher resolution images not fitting into the Description field box

  • This issue is fixed in the Survey form editor but not in the survey-input view. Resolution for remaining issue will be addressed in upcoming Compyle hotfix

• Fixed Older Instances,Delete: Surveys in older instances section gets deleted only on refreshing

  • Screen automatically refreshes and deleted instance do not display in Instance list after refresh

• Fixed Calculation result not correct when segmented by Household when the responder type include all Entity types

  • Calculation issue has been addressed and graphs segemented by household data now display as expected

• Fixed Average Calculation not correct when segmented by fields

  • Average calculation is calculating as expected
