Amplified Imports and Expanded Outcomes Release
The December release is focused on making it easier to manage the information in your Compyle site and gain insights about your service recipients on an individual level. You will be able to easily edit all of your participants and organizations through the import tool's new record update feature. This is particularly helpful when adding information from partners' data systems to Compyle periodically, like current grade and gpa in school. Additionally, more staff will be able to monitor progress of those participants on specific data points as the Outcomes tab is being made available to more users than just administrators.

Amplified Import Tools
- Update participant and organization records via import (no longer just create new)
- Assign group during import
- Add the ability to save import files for reference
- Resolved various import bugs
Outcomes Expansion
- Outcomes tab shared with creator role now (Non admin users can create and view outcomes)
- Outcomes can be created for participants with at least one completed Note or Survey form.
- Fields used in Outcomes are protected from deletion when editing Survey and Note fields
Assorted Improvements
- Fiscal timeframes and current instance detection
- Print survey respects hidden option settings for standard fields, like gender
- Participant ID fields are excluded from the Data Update field list
- Required warning for manually entered Participant ID field improved. (Sites with the system-generated ID are not impacted.)
- When note form link is used, the data update fields on the note will work as expected instead of appearing blank.
- Scorecard Feed issue logging improvement
