The Instance Dashboard is available in the Admin menu and is a snapshot of the overall usage metrics related to a scorecard instance.
Accessing and Viewing the Instance Dashboard
Instance administrators can access the Instance Dashboard by going to the dropdown admin menu in the upper right hand corner of the Scorecard screen.
Once there the instance admin can see multiple Scorecard Usage metrics relate to the instance activity. Available metrics include:
- Instance ID
- Instance Code
- Network Parent Organization
- Instance Create Date
- Median Engagement Score
- Median Impact Score
- # of Scorecards
- # of Actions
- # of Licensed Measures
- Total Number of Licensed Measures (including OffSet)
- # of Used Measures
- # of Exempt Measures
- Total # of Measures
- # of Active users
- # of Containers
The Instance Dashboard will display a bar indicator that will show the total number of measures or user seats being used within the instance compared to the total number of measures or user seats available for that instance.
A "Calendar" link is also available at the bottom of the Instance Dashboard for any instance admin that is interested in connecting with the customer success team regarding their subscription and would like to schedule a meeting.
