Ask an administrator to reset your password or do it yourself with these steps
If you've forgotten your password you use to sign in to your Clear Impact Scorecard, you can reset it easily at any time. If you are logged in and need to change your password see updating your password.
Reset your password
- Start by visiting app.clearimpact.com
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the email address. Make sure it's the one you used to sign up for Clear Impact Scorecard!
- Select Reset Password
- Check your email inbox for a new message from Clear Impact
- Login with the new password
- Update your password
Have an administrator reset your password
As an administrator you can reset another user's password using the following instructions
- Navigate to Admin --> Users
- Select Edit next to the user
- Select Reset Password
- Confirm the Reset Password
- The user's password will be displayed here temporarily in case they are unable to receive the email you can manually send it to them
