Along with Programs, results are one of the building blocks of a scorecard.
Note: Users with admin permission can change or add names, icons, or other properties, of all scorecard objects.
A result is a condition of well being for children, adults, families, communities, or environment. Examples of a result could include:
- Youth are prepared for productive adulthood
- Children enter school ready to learn
- Residents have internet access
- Aquatic life is abundant and sustainable
A result, listed with an R icon, is typically measured by one or more Indicators. A result is added to a scorecard by creating a container for that result, which also contains the indicators used to measure the result.
You can also bring an existing result container into a scorecard, which can then be modified if needed.
To view all results that are set up so far in your system, choose Objects / Results.
You can search for a result by entering any part of the result name in the search field. A result can be viewed, copied, or deleted. Use caution when deleting a result, because a deleted result will be removed from all scorecards that contain that result.
You can also search results by one or more tags.
Checking the Show Disconnected Only box will filter the list to include only results that are not used in any containers or scorecards. This is handy if you want to clean out all unused results from your system.
When one or more results are selected, by checking the box to the left, you can delete them all at once.
A new result can be created on this page as well, though it’s more common to create results as part of the container creation process.
Clicking a result name opens the result’s details page.
