Viewing or Editing a Result or Program

To view a result or program, you can start by viewing its scorecard first, then clicking the name of the result or program.

Or you can open the list of results or programs from the Scorecard Objects menu, search for the result or program you want to view, and click its name.

Note: Adding tags is a handy way to differentiate between multiple results or programs, so that you’ll be sure to choose the correct one. You can also use tags to filter your search.

At the top right are icons you can use to edit and download the result or program. The Add drop-down menu has options to add notes, add the result or program to a scorecard or container, or add measures to the result or program.

Note: Users with admin permission can configure the default set of notes included with a result or program. Admin users can also edit system-defined notes or create new notes.

To fill in a note, or delete a note, click its Edit icon at the right. Keep in mind that note completion is a contributing factor to a scorecard’s engagement score

Below notes are the measures associated with the result or program. Each measure can be expanded to show its data, and if the measure has notes those can be viewed here as well.

Below measures, you can add or edit actions, upload files, and define relationships. Scorecards are the top-level object. A measure on a scorecard must be related to a container, and the container must be related to the scorecard.
