Billing

For users of paid subscriptions, with instance administrator permission.

To view your subscription and billing info, click the Administration icon and choose Instance Details / Billing.

The Customer Details page lists the organization name, primary contact, and products. For more details, click View.

The four tabs on this window provide additional subscription details.

• Product: Lists products, auto-renewals, and usage. There is also a link to schedule a meeting for any questions.
• Invoices: Lists recent subscription invoices
• Performa: Displays a sample invoice, representing your most recent invoice
• Payment Methods: Enables you to change payment methods
