Opportunity: "Showcase" Beta Testing

• What is "Showcase" Beta Testing? The "Showcase" Beta Testing opportunity is a chance for instance administrators to try our newest app before it is made available to all customers. We are seeking feedback that will help us improve our newest tools and in return, beta testers will be able to keep all dashboards they create during the testing period. Testers will be provided with initial training and ongoing support during the testing period.
• Who we're looking for? Current Clear Impact Customers with a paid subscription (Scorecard, Compyle, or Suite).
• What will beta testers be doing? Beta testers will be building impact storytelling dashboards for their organizations using data from Scorecard, Compyle, and other available sources. All dashboard building is self-paced.
• Why is this program beneficial? Beta testers get to -
  • try a new product before anyone else
  • help make it better through feedback
  • keep any dashboards they create during the testing period
• When does the beta testing program start and end? The beta testing starts early-to-mid November and will end mid-January 
• Where does the beta testing take place? All testers will work remotely and will test from their individual environments. Beta testers can build dashboards at their own pace.
• What special equipment will testers need? Beta testers will need -
  • a laptop or desktop computer with an internet connection
  • an active Clear Impact user account
    • user must have a user account in Control with the role of "Administrator" within a current Clear Impact Scorecard or Compyle instance 

How Does "Showcase" Beta Testing Work?

1. Beta testers will attend an initial 45 minute training session
2. Testers will then have access to Showcase for the duration of the testing period and can experiment building shareable Showcase Dashboards by pulling graphs and data from Scorecard, Compyle and other accessible third party tools. Users will build at their own pace and will have ongoing access support resources and help documentation.
   1. Dashboard Building Time Recommended: At least 1 hours every 2-3 weeks from mid November - January.
3. Testers will also be asked to suggest improvements & give feedback about the build/edit/share process. Feedback opportunities will consist of: 
   1. Complete periodic feedback survey during the testing period
   2. Optional: participate 1 hour design discussion midway through pilot
   3. Optional: participant in 1 hour pilot recap and future phase suggestions session

• CI Showcase dashboards created by beta testers during the testing period will be available to the organization's instance at no additional cost
• Testers can directly influence how the new feature works and what it can do
• Testers will also gain new tools to help your organization communicate its impact in a challenging time
