Compyle Hotfix Releases February 2025

Fixing issues inadvertently added by the release and adding some other bits of polish

Hot Fix 1

Release date: 9 Feb. 2025, Sunday at 9:30pm Central US

Resolving Issues Introduced by the Feb 3rd Feature Release

  • Notes Forms Save: Note type forms accessed by links will now save. 
  • Notify Compyle Users: Survey/note form submission emails will resume sending. 

Additional Finesse

  • Export Date Filter: Date format verified, and user alerted to invalid entries
  • File Fields in Survey Instance Report: Upload file fields now included in survey instance report
  • Group Access – User List: Now accepts more than 8,000 characters for the Users Cannot Access list setting (≈ 2 billion)
  • Edit Survey Forms/Note Forms: Forms must have at least one active question field to save field changes
  • Survey Forms/Note Forms – Add Existing Field: now includes group fields
  • Survey Submission: additional email recipient address format validation message is more clear
