In the nav menu, select Data Collections All 2. Click on the name of the collection 3. Click on the name of the survey. 4. At the top right of the survey settings folder, expand the Share menu. 5. Select the "Print Participant Form" option. 6. In the popup window, click the Print Form button at the top. ### Printing a Blank Note Form The process for printing blank notes is very similar. 1. In the nav menu, expand the Admin section 2. Click on Note Types 3. Click on the name of the note you want to print 4. At the top right of the note settings page, expand the Share menu, 5. Select the "Print Participant Form" option. 6. In the popup window, click the Print Form button at the top.   ### Printing a Blank Survey Form with a Form Logic Rule If you want to print a blank copy of a survey with a form logic rule applied, you can follow these steps. Keep in mind that only the participant form print out is offered at this time.  1. In the nav menu, select Data Collections All 2. Click on the name of the collection 3. Click on the name of the survey. 4. Select the Rules tab in the survey settings folder. 5. Find the rule that should be active on the printed form. 6.  In the ... menu for the rule, click the printer icon.  7. In the popup window, click the Print Form button at the top.   ### Printing a Blank Entity Form Administrators can print a blank copy of an entity form like the Participant form from the Edit Fields page for that form.  1. In the nav menu, expand the Admin section. 2. Select Manage Entity Fields 3. When the Entity Profile Forms list appears, click on the name of the form you want to print. 4. Use the Print button in the top right corner to open the print modal window. 5. Click the Print button in the popup window.   ### Printing a Blank Public Form To print a customized version of an entity form, like a "Client Application" public form based on the Participant form: 1. In the nav menu, expand the Admin section. 2. Select Public Forms 3. Find the form you want to print 4. Click on the form name. 5. Use the Print button in the top section of the Edit Public Form page to open a print popup window. 6. Click the Print button in the popup window.   Printing Saved, Submitted Notes and Survey Form Records As for saved notes and surveys, you can: A. Open a saved record B. Right click on the record C. Choose print in the browser menu that opens D.
