Scorecard Wizard

In addition to creating a scorecard from scratch, you can also import scorecards and scorecard objects. (This feature is available to users with the Add/Edit Scorecard Objects user permission.)

Note: A video tutorial on this process can be found here.

To start the process, open your Scorecards list, and choose Add Scorecard / Scorecard Wizard.

The import is a four-step process which is explained in detail in the instructions.

Step 1: Download the sample file. This file will serve as the import template, and contains sample rows for importing containers and measures.

The instructions contain details on how to add your data to the download file, taking care  to maintain the column structure. There are specific required fields, including container types, frequencies, calculation types, polarity, and decimal places.

Step 2: Crosscheck options and values, such as container type, measure type and frequency, calculation and polarity types, etc.

Note: To check available tags, choose Objects / Tags. If a tag you want is not available, you can add one before completing the wizard import process.

Once all data is entered and checked in your import file, be sure to save it.

Step 3: Assign a scorecard title and upload the saved scorecard import file.

After clicking Next, the wizard will analyze the file to determine if there are any values that cannot be imported. Any validation issues will be identified, and you can make corrections and perform the upload again.

After the file is uploaded, the wizard will review and determine if any values are missing or incorrect. If errors are found, you will receive a report detailing the errors, which you can use to correct your spreadsheet and upload again.

Step 4: View the scorecard summary, and if all looks good, click Confirm to complete the import.
