Action Manager

 To view or edit the actions in your instance, choose Objects / Action Manager / Actions.

 



This opens the Actions list, showing all actions created for both containers and measures. There is also an Add New button, for creating a new action from scratch, as well as buttons to Download or Export the list. At the top is the overall percent completion, based on the number of actions whose status is Completed. (All actions are given equal weight in the completion calculation.)

 

 

The Actions list is searchable by tags or title. Clicking Show Disconnected Only will list all actions not added to any scorecard object. You can also filter the list by Status, Assigned By, or Assigned To

 

 

The Select Date Range filter enables you to see only recent or upcoming actions, or actions that fall within a specific date range.

 

 

To view, edit, or update action details, click the action name or View button. The drop-down arrow next to the View button opens options to Copy or Delete the action.

 

 

To delete multiple actions at once, select them and click the Delete button at the top. Use caution when deleting an action! The action will be deleted from any results or programs that include that action, and deleting cannot be undone.
