Multi-Instance License Mgmt
For users with instance admin of a Partner Connect site, with access to multiple instances.
Admins of multiple instances are able to re-allocate child licenses within the overall parent license. Click the Administration icon at the top, and choose any option (except Instance Info or Import Users).
From the Admin menu along the left, choose Multi-Instance License Management. The section at the top lists all child instances within the main parent license, with the number of allocated licenses and active users. After changing allocation numbers, be sure to click Update.
The lower section lists all admins for all parent and child instances, with their user ID.
