User Lookup

For users with instance admin of a Partner Connect site, with access to multiple instances.

Admins of multiple instances are able to look up a user to see which instances they have access to. Click the Administration icon at the top, and choose any option (except Instance Info or  Import Users).

From the Admin menu along the left, choose User Lookup. In the name or ID field, enter any part of the user’s first or last name, then click Search Users.

All users found by the search term are listed, with their ID, current instance, create date, and login details. Along the right are all instances to which the user has access.

Clicking an instance name displays the list of all user permissions the user has for that instance.
