There are several ways to edit source data for a calculated measure.
For one way to edit disaggregated values in bulk, start in the scorecard view. Find the calculated measure (which has a green or red dot), open the measure’s drop-down menu, and choose Edit Disggregated Values.
This displays an expandable list showing the calculated measure at the top, followed by its disaggregated measures.
Each measure can be expanded to show its data table.
Note that for the calculated measure itself, no Actual Value can be edited, but targets and baselines can be changed. Unless otherwise indicated, actual values can be changed for any disaggregated measure. If changes are made, be sure to click Save.
Note: If disaggregated data cannot be edited, its measure is either used in another calculation, is part of a locked scorecard, or is shared from a different instance.
Another way to edit disaggregated data is to start by viewing the calculated measure. Scroll down to the Relationships section.
Clicking a disaggregated measure in the Relationships section opens its data table for editing. If changes are made, be sure to click Save or Save and Close.
To edit all measures at once, click Edit All Disaggregated Measures.
This opens all measures, listing Current Data at the top and each disaggregated measure below. Clicking a disaggregated measure will open just that measure for any needed edits. For bulk data editing, click Edit.
All data tables expand at once, for bulk editing. If any changes are made, be sure to save.
