Compyle is a web-based, add-on product for Clear Impact Scorecard, enabling you to create surveys, collect and analyze data, then feed that data into a scorecard. With our streamlined process, you can avoid expensive, third-party data collection tools, and you don’t have to worry about formatting data for a scorecard.
The four main functions of Compyle are Participants, Organizations, Surveys, and Analytics.
- Participants: The people who take the surveys
- Organizations: Agencies or companies who send out the surveys
- Data Collection: Categories of surveys, survey instances, and instance results
- Analytics: Compylations, or visual representation of survey data and trends
Throughout the Compyle UI, the features you can access depend on your user role.
The home page displays the four main features, and you can always access this page by clicking the Compyle name or logo at the top left.
All functions are also available in the sidebar, which can be opened by clicking the three-line icon at the top left.
Below the four main functions are the list of Active Data Collection Instances (in progress surveys), and My Cases, which are participants for whom you are listed as the primary worker.
At the top right, you can click your user name to open your account settings or log out. You can also view your instance name, or click Support to access our support email or phone number, the Help Center, or video tutorials.
